Tailored Selvedge Jeans in Japanese Denim

The weaving standards employed in the fabrication of these jeans draw from those established prior to the war, spanning from the 1890s to the 1930s. This particular type of denim is designated as 13.5oz Organic Selvedge Denim, and has been slow woven on old shuttle looms to give the denim its fullness and unevenness.

These jeans have been constructed with a simultaneous sewing and ironing process, which mitigates the formation of unnecessary creases before the jeans are subjected to the wash cycle. This process was devised to achieve a deep and consistent hue, free from any significant unevenness to retain colour better when washed.
