VUJADE Inc. operates the https://www.vujade-studio.com/ website. This page is to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information should they decide to use our services on our website.
Personal information includes such as the following:
- Biographical Data: Name, surname, date of birth;
- Contact Data: Address of residence, email address;
- Sales Data: Shipping and billing address, method of delivery and payment, name of credit card holder and expiration date, information requested by the customer service;
- Purchase Data: Detail of the purchased products such as size, price, model, collection, abandoned cart, etc;
- Navigation Data: Data related to browsing behavior such as cookies, or information relating to the pages visited, etc
Vuja Dé accepts the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Upon purchase of your goods, there will be a 2 step process of authorization and acquisition. The first step involves the verification of customers’ payment details, after which the order amount is reserved and undergoes the second step of acquisition.
In the second step, the reserved amount is transferred from the customer’s account to the VUJADE Inc. account and the payment will appear on your statement as VUJADE Inc..
By creating an account on our website, we offer a fast purchase service, which allows you to save your credit card details, shipping/billing address for future purchases.
Once we have completed construction of your individual garment, we will be using DHL services to carefully ship all packages. Estimated delivery times for each product can be found in their respective product descriptions, and our team will provide principal shipping updates via email. Please note that shipping carrier services are subject to change based on customers’ locations and optimal estimated arrival times.
SAGAWA service will be used for deliveries within Japan.
We will endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please be mindful that each garment is hand-packaged by our small team. Your purchase usually will be shipped within 5-7 working days.
*Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on global shipping routes, please be advised that shipping times may be significantly delayed. Please raise any issues related to delayed shipping times with the relevant carrier as stated above. We are not able to provide refunds on any shipping-related costs.
Per our contract with DHL, all packages will be marked as merchandise. Any and all custom charges are not included within the shipping costs outlined; the buyer will be responsible for any additional customs-related charges, and we are unable to lower the value of package declarations.
Vuja Dé is not responsible for any packages stolen or lost during transit. Any claims of this nature must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
Given the individualistic made-to-order nature of each garment, at this moment we are not able to provide returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Should we have made any errors to your order (such as a damaged product or incorrect size shipped), please contact us at email@example.com. We will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the above case, all items must be returned in their original state, with all the tags untouched, boxes, and dust bags must also be returned with the items. If the above conditions are not met, the items are not eligible for any refunds and/or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any washed, worn or altered items.
